摘　　要：目的:分析隐匿性乳腺癌(OBC)的诊断、治疗及其预后情况,提高诊断准确率和患者生存率。方法:回顾分析我院1988年8月至2009年8月45例隐匿性乳腺癌患者的诊断治疗经过及随访结果。结果:本组行乳腺癌根治术23例,改良根治术18例,腋下肿块切除加单纯乳房切除3例,腋下肿块切除1例。术后11例予以辅助化疗加放疗及内分泌治疗。随访33例,5～10年(平均7.2年),5、10年生存率分别为77.7%和57.2%。结论:影像学检查能提高诊断准确率,连续切片结合影像学检查有助于原发灶的检出;术前化疗、手术治疗、配合术后辅助治疗是适宜的治疗方式。Objective To investigate the diagnosis,treatment and outcomes of oecuet breast cancer （OBC）in order to improve correct diagnosis rate and survival rate. Methods 45 Cases with occult breast cancer admitted to our hospital from August 1988 to August 2009were analyzed retrospectively.Results The operation included radical mastectomy in 23 patients,modified radical masteetomy in 18,axillary node excision plus simple mastectomy in 3,axillary node excision in the other one.Postoperative chemotherapy , radiotheraphy and endoerinological theraphy were carried out in 11 patients.33 eases were followed up from 5 to10 year （mean7.2years）,the5,10-year survival rate were 77.7% and 57.2% .Conclusions To improve correct diagnosis rate of occult breast cancer,doctors should reinforce his alertness and suitable image analysis is help- ful.Semi serial section and image analysis are helpful for detection of primary cancer in breast.Modifiod radical mastectomy and necessary radiotherapy,chemotherapy andhormonal therapy are suitable treatment methods.
