摘 要:目的掌握顺义区市售农产品铅污染现状。方法2002-2009年,抽检各类市售农产品包括粮食、蔬菜、水果,开展重金属铅的污染监测工作。结果获得监测数据414个,对照相关指标,市售农产品总体合格率为96.62%,其中豆类合格率最低为77.78%。结论铅在粮食中的污染情况较蔬菜和水果严重,在蔬菜中铅对鲜食用菌和叶菜的污染更为严重,顺义区市售农产品中粮食的铅污染问题应该引起重视。Objective To understand the current status of lead contamination in agricultural products in Shunyi district. Method Sampling various agricultural products, including cereals, vegetables and fruits, from 2002 to 2009 in Shunyi district, to monitor the contamination of heavy metal lead in agricultural products. Results The 414 data were obtained in strict quality control. The qualified rate of all samples was 96.62%. The qualified rate of legume samples was only 77.78%. Conclusion The lead contamination in cereals was much more serious than that in vegetables and fruits, and the lead contamination in fresh mushroom and leafy vegetables was more serious among vegetables. More attention should be paid on lead contamination of agricultural products in Shunyi district.
