摘　　要：煤炭企业逆向物流系统研究已趋于成熟,但目前的研究方法过于笼统,并未提出煤炭企业逆向物流实施标准。论文通过对影响煤炭企业建立逆向物流系统的因素分析,利用模糊综合评价法和物元分析法建立企业逆向物流系统实施评价模型,并通过实例予以证明。最后根据评价结果,确定4个煤炭企业逆向物流实施程度标准,并提出相关建议。Though the research of coal enterprise＇ s reverse logistics system has been mature, the current research methods are too general, not mentioning the level of completing reverse logistics. This paper analysed the factors which had effects on the establishment of reverse logistics system, the use of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and matter- element analysis method can evaluate the model correctly. Finally, determining four levels for establishing reverse logistics based on the evaluation results and making recommendations.
