兰索拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察兰索拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法将156例胆汁反流性胃炎患者随机分为两组：实验组80例，用兰索拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗；对照组76例，单用铝碳酸镁治疗。结果实验组的症状缓解率明显高于对照组（P〈0．01）。结论兰索拉唑联合铝碳酸镁治疗胆汁反流性胃炎疗效显著。Objective The aim of the study is to observe the curative effects of lansoprazole with hydrotalcite on bile reflux gastritis. Methods 156 patients with bile reflux gastritis is divided into test group（80 cases） treated by lansoprazole with hydrotalcite, then observe their rate of symptomatic disappearance. Results The rate of symptomatic disappearance of test group had significantly difference than control guoup＇ s（P〈0.01）.Conclusion The treatment with lansoprazole and hydrotalcite on bile reflux gastritis has signal effect.
