摘 要:首次报道了酸化-抽滤法提取木质素过程中不同提取条件对木质素抗氧化性的影响.正交实验结果表明,提取过程中提取条件对木质素的抗氧化性影响排序为:pH值>提取时间≥提取温度;在常规提取设备中其最大抗氧化性提取条件为pH3.5、温度55℃和提取时间5 h.利用红外光谱对木质素官能团进行半定量分析可知,游离羟基含量对木质素抗氧化性有较大贡献,酚羟基占羟基总量的70%左右.Lignin was extracted from alkaline black liquor with acidification-filtration method. Several different extraction conditions were compared to investigate the relationship between extraction conditions and antioxidant activity of lignitn. The results indicated that the impact of the extraction conditions on the antioxidant activity of lignin followed the order of pH〉 time≥temperature, and its highest antioxidant activity could be obtained in conventional extraction reactors under pH3.5, 55℃ and 5 h of reaction. FTIR was used as an analysis method for the semi-quantification of functional groups. It seemed that the content of hydroxyl might have a strong positive effect on the antioxidant activity of lignin, and about 70% of hydroxyl groups were attributed to phenolic hydroxyl.
