摘　　要：综述了凝胶渗透色谱技术的原理及其在粮食、果蔬、食品和其他基质中农药残留分析中的应用,并展望了其在农药残留分析样品前处理中的应用。The principle and application of gel permeation chromatography （GPC） on analyzing pesticide residue in grain, fruits, vegetables, food and other materials were summarized. The application prospect of preparing the sample for analyzing pesticide residue by GPC was studied.
