摘 要:近年来由于化学性农药的大量使用和我国食品进出口贸易的繁荣致使食品农药残留现象时有发生,受到各级政府部门和广大群众关注。加强对农药残留检测的方法研究和加大对其监测力度显得十分重要。食品农药检测中食物样品的前处理传统技术存在许多不足,如单个样品提取、净化时间长,具有毒性的有机溶剂使用量大等,对人体健康及环境影响较大。加之,样品回收率不高,影响样品检测的灵敏度。现代食品农药残留分析技术正朝着节约、经济、污染少、自动化的方向发展。一种分散固相萃取(Dispersive SPE)样品前处理技术具有较好的应用前景,该处理技术以快速(quick)、简单(easy)、便宜(cheap)、有效(effective)、可靠(rugged)和安全(safe)的特点而得名QuEChERS,是农药残留分析工作人员期望开发利用的一个有发展前景的检验技术。本文对国内外QuEChERS方法及其在农药残留检测中的应用现状及应用前景作一综述。Nowadays, all levels of government and the broad massespay close attention to pesticide residues in food clue to the abuse of pesticides and the prosperity of import and export trade in our country. It is of great value to improving the analytical technology of pesticide residues and enhancing the surveillance. The traditional pretreatment technology has a lot of deficiencies, such as extraction and decontamination take too much time, Human beings have to shoulder hazardous given by the massive consumption of toxic solvent. Moreover, the recovery rate of the sample which affects the sensitivity of method is not high enough. Modern technical analysis of pesticide residues is developing towards the direction of economy, less pollution and automation. The characteristics of one kind of the pretreatment technology containing the Dispersive SPE named QuECh- ERS are quick, easy, cheap, effective, rugged and safe. This technology is a promising method and the analysts expect to develop and utilize it. This review mainly introduces the prospect and application of QuEChERS for analysis of pesticide residues both at home and abroad.
