摘　　要：目的研究壳聚糖制备过程的合理性。方法用扫描电镜跟踪拍摄制备工艺过程,从微观的角度展现壳聚糖的生成。结果所设计的壳聚糖制备工艺合理有效。For investigating the rationality of preparation way, the preparation process of chitosan was taken photos on a Philips XL30 - EDAX SEM, which exhibited the creation of chitosan at microcosmic angle. The result showed the adopted way was reasonable and effective.
