摘  要:试验初步探讨了不同剂量的黄芪多糖和小檗碱复合制剂对蛋鸡蛋品质的影响。处理Ⅰ~Ⅳ在基础日粮上分别添加100mg/kg黄芪多糖+30mg/kg小檗碱、200mg/kg黄芪多糖+30mg/kg小檗碱、100mg/kg黄芪多糖+60mg/kg小檗碱、200mg/kg黄芪多糖+60mg/kg小檗碱。结果表明,黄芪多糖(APS)和小檗碱(Ber)复合制剂对各处理组的蛋形指数、蛋黄指数、蛋黄比例、蛋壳厚度、蛋黄颜色和水分含量影响不显著(P〉0.05);对处理组Ⅱ的哈夫单位影响极显著(P〈0.01);极显著降低了处理组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅳ的粗脂肪含量(P〈0.01),极显著提高了处理组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ的粗蛋白含量(P〈0.01),极显著降低了处理组Ⅰ、Ⅳ的胆固醇含量(P〈0.01).显著降低了处理组Ⅲ的胆固醇含量(P〈0.05)。This experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of complex of astragalus polysaccharlds (APS) and berberine (Ber) on egg quality. 1200 Jianghan layers were randomly divided into 5 groups with 5 replicates, 48 layers per replicate. The experiment lasted 9 weeks and feed and water were provided freely. The basic diet of the 5 groups was the same, and the complex in treatment Ⅰ -Ⅳ was as follows by order: 100 mg/kg AlaS + 30 mg/kg Ber, 200 mg/kg APS + 30 mg/kg Ber, 100 mg/kg APS + 60 mg/ kg Ber, 200 mg/kg APS + 60 mg/kg Ber. The results showed that APS and Ber had no significant effects on egg shape index, yolk index, yolk ratio, eggshell thickness, yolk color and moisture content (P 〉 0. 05 ). In comparison with that in the control, Haugh unit in treatment Ⅱ was significantly higher (P 〈0.01 ), coarse/at content in treatment Ⅰ,Ⅱ, Ⅳ was significantly lower (P 〈0. O1 ), crude protein content in treatment Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ was significantly higher (P 〈0.01 ), cholesterol content in treatment Ⅰ and Ⅳ was obviously lower ( P 〈 0.01 ), and cholesterol content in treatment Ⅲ was lower( P 〈 0. 05).
