余热裂解甲醇制H_2和CO反应系统的设计及特性研究

摘  要:设计了一套利用柴油发动机排气余热进行甲醇裂解的反应系统,反应器分蒸发裂解区、裂解主反应区、缓冲区3个部分,相应填入粒径为3.5mm的Cu-Cr/SiO2催化剂与SiO2混合颗粒、粒径为2.5mm的改性Cu-Cr-Mn/SiO2催化剂、粒径为3.5mm的Cu-Cr/SiO2催化剂;采用脉冲信号控制的快速电磁阀进行加压喷射进料。电加热实验结果表明,适宜的反应条件为反应温度310℃、甲醇加料速率127.5L/h。利用柴油发动机排气余热裂解甲醇的实验结果表明,在甲醇加料速率为127.5L/h、柴油发动机在中高负荷稳定运行的条件下,反应温度接近310℃,平均甲醇裂解率达84.58%,裂解气中CO和H2的含量较高。该反应系统简单稳定,适合实际应用。A set of methanol cracking reactor by making use of waste heat from diesel engine was designed and established based on 6300ZC diesel engine. The reactor consisted of evaporation cracking zone, main cracking zone and sub-buffer zone, filled with Cu-Cr/SiO2 and SiO2 hybrid particles ( diameter of 3.5 mm), modified Cu-Cr-Mn/SiO2 catalyst ( diameter of 2.5 mm), and Cu-Cr/SiO2 catalyst(diameter of 3.5 mm), respectively. Pulse signal control injection of battery valve was used in the reaction system for feeding methanol. Appropriate reaction temperature (310℃ ) and optimal feed rate of methanol( 127.5 L/h) were obtained by experiments of electric heating. The results showed that, only making use of the waste heat from the diesel engine to heat the reactor, under high load and the optimal feed rate of methanol, the reaction temperature was about 310 ℃, average cracking rate of methanol could reach 84.58% and the content of CO and H2 in pyrolysis gas was high. The reaction equipment was simple and its stability was good, so it was suitable for practical application.
