摘  要:高等学校传统的学生管理模式已不适应经济社会发展的需要,也不利于培养学生自主和创新的能力。文章从以学生为本的观点出发,提出大学生"三自"教育管理模式,分别从学生自治队伍、学习载体、学生活动以及辅导员队伍建设等几个方面,对这一模式的运行机制进行了探讨。The traditional model of students' educational administration is not suitable for the development of economy and society needs, and is unsuitable for students' self-determination consciousness and innovative 'ability. From the view of taking people foremost, this paper mainly, puts forward the educational a&ni^fistration model of the cultivating of "three-self" capability of college students. The operation mechanism of this model has been researched from several aspects such as students' self-rule team, the carrier of learning and the construction of counselor team.
