摘  要:目的:探讨科学规范的临床护理带教模式,提高临床护理带教质量。方法:将2009年1月至8月在耳鼻喉科实习的46名大中专护生按单双号随机分成两组,实验组实施路径带教法,对照组采用传统带教法,出科时进行考核比较。结果:两组护生在理论知识、操作技能、综合素质及对带教老师的满意度上,实验组明显高于对照组。结论:路径带教有助于提高护生的学习主动性,提高临床教学质量及教学满意度,规范教师行为,提高教师的综合素质,做到教学相长。Objective: To research the scientific teaching mode of clinical nursing and improve the teaching quality. Methods: 46 nursing students in ENT department during January" to August in 2009 were randomly divided into researching group and control group. Pathway teaching was used in researching group and traditional method was used in control group. The two groups were compared by examination at the end of studying. Results: The researehing group was significantly better than the control group in theory, operation skill, comprehensive quality and satisfaction of teachers. Conclusion: Pathway teaching is helpful to improving learning activeness, clinical teaching quality, teaching pathway staudard, satisfaction of teaching and teachers' comprehensive quality.
