摘　　要：高校是知识商品的主要生产基地之一,它的知识产权保护几乎涵盖知识产权的各个领域。目前高校知识产权管理中普遍存在管理观念淡薄,机构不健全,制度不完善,管理不规范,知识产权流失严重,制约了高校的创新和发展。高校科技技术成果的有效利用已经日益成为知识产权保护与增值的重要手段,必须提高意识,健全机构,充分利用知识产权的法律制度保障其知识产权,建立有效的知识产权管理战略,防范和规避风险,以促进科技成果产业化,为社会经济服务。Colleges and universities are one of the origins of intellectual goods and its intellectual property protection covers almost all areas of intellectual property rights. At present, there are some problems on university intellectual property management which restricts innovation and development of colleges and universities, such as weak IP management concepts and mechanism, imperfect and irregular IP management system, serious drain of intellectual property. The effective use of university technological achievements has become an important protective and value-added approach. It is vital to enhance awareness, strengthen mechanism and take full advantage of legal system to protect intellectual property rights. Establishing effective intellectual property management strategies to prevent and avoid risks, as well as speeding up the industrialization of scientific and technological achievements for social and economic use.
