摘　　要：物流实训基地建设在高职物流管理专业人才培养中具有至关重要的地位。校企合作共建"公司化"物流实训基地,满足校企双方需求,在实训基地建设模式中是一种积极探索。In higher vocational colleges, the construction of training base plays a critical role in training qualified personnel of logistics management. To construct company-like training base by cooperation with logistics companies is an effective way, and it can meet the requirements of both.
