摘　　要：目的:优选兰索拉唑片的最佳处方。方法:正交设计优选本品的处方。以片面外观、释放度、脆碎度等结果为指标,考察不同辅料与药物的配比及兰索拉唑微粉化程度对最终成品的稳定性和释放度的影响。结果:最佳的处方为:β-环糊精50%、淀粉19.5%、磷酸氢二钠5%、羧甲基淀粉钠3%、硬脂酸镁1%,经纳米处理的原料21.5%,用5%PVPK30的50%乙醇溶液作润湿剂。结论:优选得到的处方工艺稳定可行。Objective：To explore the best formμLa of Lansoprazole Tablets.Methods：Using the way of orthogonal design is choose the best formμLa of Lansoprazole Tablets.Study the final product stability and dissolution effects of different radio of excipicnts and drμg and the proportion of Lansoprazole Powder based on one-sided apperance,release rate and friability.Results：The best formaL was thatβ- cyclodextrin 50% ,Starch 19.5% ,Disodiμm hydrogen phosphate 5% ,Sodiμm carboxymethyc starch 3% ,Magnesilxm 1% ,The nanoprocessing of raw materials 21.5% ,With 5%PVPK30 50% ethanol solution of wetting agent to do.Conclusion：The optimal folxm^La is reliable and practical.
