摘　　要："人性"具有层次性,而且是多层次、变化发展的。而思想政治教育归根结底是不同人性的较量和同化,人性是思想政治教育的基础和归宿。因此,思想政治教育必须顺应人性,教育方法必然具有多样性、层次性。Human nature has the multi - level property. The essence of ideological and political education is the conflict and assimilation of different human natures, which is the basis of ideological and political education. Therefore, ideological and political education should conform to human nature, and educational methods should be diverse and varied.
