摘  要:比较了金针菇和香菇在经液化、液化后糖化及未经淀粉酶处理的淀粉废水中的生长情况,发现经液化处理后的淀粉废水较适合作金针菇和香菇液体深层发酵的培养液。金针菇在培养液起始pH6.40时生物量最高,香菇在培养液起始pH5.10时生物量最高。菌种质量对食用菌的生物量有很大的影响。The growths of Flammulina velutipes and Lentinus edodes cultured respectively in liquefied starch processing wastewater, or saccharificated starch processing wastewater,or amylase-untreated starch procesing wastewater as mediums were investigated.The results showed that liquefied starch processing wastewater was the fittest one for Flammulina velutipes and Lentinus edodes as medium.The highest biomass yields of Flammulina velutipes and Lentinus edodes were harvested with medium initial pH 6.40 and 5.10,respectively.Quality of the bacterin greatly affected the biomass yield.
