光度法测定食品中甲醛含量的研究

摘　　要：建立了一种测定光度法测定甲醛的新方法,采用亚氨二乙酸、间苯三酚和Fe3+与甲醛反应生成一种有色化合物。此有色物最大吸收波长为530nm,摩尔吸光系数2.24×103L·mol-1·cm-1,方法的检测限为0.077mg·L-1。可用于食品中甲醛的光度法检测。A novel spectrophotometric method was developed for determination of formaldehyde using imino diacetic acide（IDA）,phloroglucinol and Fe^3＋,which can react with formaldehyde to form a purple complex with a maximum absorption at 530 nm.The molar absorption coefficient of the complex was2.24×10^3L·mol^-1·cm^-1,and the detection limit is 0.077mg·L^-1.The results indicated that proposed method can be applied to measure formaldehyde in food.
