慢性浅表性胃炎、消化性溃疡、胃癌与促胃液素的相关性研究

摘　　要：目的研究促胃液素在胃癌及消化性溃疡患者血浆中含量变化及它们之间的相关性。方法内镜及活检确诊的慢性浅表性胃炎(CSG)40例,十二指肠溃疡(DU)40例,胃溃疡(GU)40例,胃癌(GC)40例,用放免法同期进行血中促胃液素水平测定。结果胃癌患者空腹血浆中促胃液素的含量(157.6±50.3)pg/mL,明显高于DU(87.2±19.6)pg/mL,GU(90.3±22.8)pg/mL及CSG(72.3±21.5)pg/mL,组(P<0.05)。同时也发现促胃液素在DU及GU组的含量亦明显高于CSG组(P<0.05)。结论促胃液素可能参与了胃癌的发生、发展,并与溃疡的形成相关。Objective Stuying of gastrin in plasma content of gastric caninvme peptic ulcer patients,conelation between them.Methods There are 40 chronic on-atrophic gastric 40 gaseric ulcer 40 duodenal ulcer patients,who have made diagllosis with endoscope and pathology,measuring the gastrin in body with radid immunoassay at same time.Results The gastrin content in gastric carcinoma patients’limosis plasma（157.6±50.3）pg/mL,is obviously higher than duodenal ulcer（87.2±19.6）pg/mL,gastric ulcer（90.3±22.8） pg/mL and chronic non-atrophic gastric patients（72.3±21.5）pg/mL（P〈0.05）.At the same time,also find gastrin in duodenal ulcer and gastric ulcer patients is obviously bigher than chronic non-atrophic gastric patiens（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Gastrin may take part in the stages of gastric carcinoma and have corcelation with peptic ulcer.
