摘　　要：民营企业已经成为国际并购的重要力量．民营企业进行跨国并购的动机主要有资源寻求型、贸易替代型、市场拓展型、技术获取型、品牌收购型、网络编织型等。美国金融危机的爆发，为民营企业的跨国并购提供了比较好的机会。民营企业应该抓住机会，寻求合适的并购目标，促进自身的成长。The private enterprises have become an important force in the international mergers and acquisitions, and the main motivation for cross-border mergers and acquisitions of private enterprises is as follows： resources-seeking, trade alternative, market expanding, technology obtaining, brand acquisition, network weaving etc. Therefore the outbreak of the U.S. financial crisis provides a better opportunity for the cross-border mergers and acquisitions of private enterprises, while private enterprises should seize the opportunities to find suitable acquisition targets promoting their own growth.
