摘　　要：无党派人士是高校党外知识分子队伍中重要的组成部分,是我国爱国统一战线的一支重要力量,在推进高校改革和发展的各项工作中发挥着重大的作用。本文对新时期高校无党派人士中出现的新情况和当前高校无党派人士统战工作面临的新问题进行了分析和探讨,对开拓新时期高校无党派人士统战工作的科学发展提出了必须进行理论、实践、制度、政策的创新。Non-party affiliation was important component of intellectuals outside the party and important force of Chinese patriotic united front,it played an important role in universities reform and development.The paper analyzed and discussed new circs and problems in universities united front work of non-party affiliation.It came up with ideas that it was necessary to innovate the scientific development of universities united front work of non-party affiliation in the new era from theory,practice,system and policy.
