摘　　要：随着人类基因组计划的成功实施,越来越多的科学家开始关注人体第二基因组——微生物组。本文简要介绍人体微生物组、人体口腔微生物组以及微生物基因研究新技术的最新进展。With the successful implementation of Human Genome Project,more and more scientists started to pay attention on the second genome of human body：Microbiome.This paper will briefly introduce the latest developments of the Human Microbiome Project,the human oral microbiome research,and new technologies of microbial gene research.
