摘  要:目的:研究夏枯草水提物对正常及四氧嘧啶糖尿病ICR小鼠餐后高血糖的影响。方法:两组ICR小鼠以含夏枯草22.0、11.0、5.5g.(kg.次)-1灌胃,观察其对淀粉耐量试验的影响;高碘酸-希夫氏染色(PAS)观察肝脏、肌肉糖原含量变化,HE染色观察肝脏、肾脏的结构变化。结果:夏枯草水提物能降低正常及四氧嘧啶糖尿病ICR小鼠餐后高血糖。ICR小鼠肝脏PAS染色阳性。肝脏、肾脏HE染色未见异常。结论:夏枯草水提物可能通过促进肝糖原合成,降低正常和四氧嘧啶糖尿病ICR小鼠餐后高血糖,提高其淀粉耐量,而对肝脏、肾脏组织无损伤作用。Objective:To study the effects of the water extract of Prunella vulgaris L.on postprandial hyperglycemia ICR mice.Methods:ICR mices were orally administered the water extract of Prunella vulgaris L.of 22.0,11.0,5.5 g·kg-1 once to observe its effects on the amylum tolerance test.Periodic acid Schiff reagent(PAS) was used to determine the contents of liver and muscle glycogen.HE staining was performend to observe the changes in the liver and kidney tissue structures.Results:The water extract of Prunella vulgaris L.decreased the postprandial hyperglycemia for the amylum tolerance test in normal and alloxan diabetes mellitus ICR mice.The liver of ICR mice showed posivtive PAS staining.No changes were found in the liver and kidney tissue by HE staining.Conclution:The water extract of Prunella vulgaris L.could promote the hepatic glycogen synthesis,decrease the postprandial hyperglycemia in normal and alloxan diabetes mellitus ICR mice,enhance the amylum tolerance,and cause no damage to the liver and kidney tissue.
