摘　　要：提高网络接通率和来话接通率是一种提高通信设备运行质量的手段。文章针对EWSD核心交换机未完成呼叫、电路拥塞、线路不工作等呼损信号产生的原因进行分析及处理,并正确有效地利用这些统计数据,分析产生呼损的原因,提高网络运行质量。To improve the network availability ratio and the incoming call capture rate is a way to improve the operation quality of the communication equipment. This paper analyzes and handles the reasons of call loss of EWS core exchange such as incomplete call, circuit congestion and line out of service. By using the statistical data, the reasons of call loss are analyzed so as to improve the network operation quality.
