摘 要:全国范围内采集富营养化水体,从5个省份分离出PP类噬藻体.设计了PCR引物GPA和GPB,扩增所分离的PP类噬藻体.对PCR产物测序后提交Genebank进行Blast,实验结果表明,分离的PP类噬藻体核酸与实验室PP相似性高达95%左右;氨基酸水平进化分析显示分离的PP类噬藻体与实验室PP亲源性也极高,证明它们是同一类病毒且分布广泛;并发现它们与噬藻体Pf-WMP3/4,脓肿分枝杆菌及其噬菌体,梭状芽胞杆菌及其噬菌体,茎瘤固氮根瘤菌和橙色滑柱菌的相关结构蛋白有一定的相似性.Eutrophication of water bodies across the country collecting water samples from five provinces in six different locations in the water samples isolated PP cyanophage category. PCR primers designed GPA and GPB, the separation of amplified PP eyanophage category. Sequencing of the PCR product after the Genebank to Blast, experimental results show that the separation of the PP-type PP Cyanophage nucleic acid similarity with the laboratory as much as 95 %; amino acid analysis showed that the level of the evolution of the separation of PP-type PP cyanophage and laboratory pro-derived is also very high that they are the same type of virus and are widely distributed; and found them to cyanophage Pf-WMP3/4, Mycobacterium abscessus and its phage, Clostridiurn and its phage,Azorhizobium caulinodans and Herpetosiphon aurantiacu protein have a certain similarity relation.
