顺铂联合香菇多糖胸腔灌注治疗恶性胸腔积液临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察香菇多糖联合顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的疗效和毒副作用。方法:胸腔放置引流管放净胸腔积液。观察组胸腔内交替注入顺铂40 mg及香菇多糖4 mg;对照组胸腔内注入顺铂60 mg;3～7天胸腔用药1次,最多4次为1疗程,1个月后观察疗效和毒副作用。结果:观察组近期疗效、生活质量均高于对照组(P<0.05和P<0.01);观察组胃肠毒副作用低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:香菇多糖与顺铂联合治疗恶性胸腔积液可提高疗效,减轻毒副作用,提高患者生活质量。Objective：To observe the therapeutic and toxic effect of cisplatin combined with lentinan in treatment of malignant pleural effusion, nethods：A drainage tube was placed into the chest to release the pleural effusion. The observation group were administered intrapleural injection of cisplatin 40 mg and lentinan 4 mg alternately, and the control group intrapleural cisplatin 60 mg only. The therapy was repeated 3 - 7 day ; one course consisted of 4 times. The efficacy and toxicity were observed 1 month after the regimen. Results ：The observation group had a better short-term effect and life quality than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 and P 〈 0.01 ） ; the observation group demonstrated lower toxicity reaction than the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusions： Lentinan combined with cisplatin therapy can enhance the efficacy,reduce the side effects and improve the quality of life of the patients with malignant pleural effusion.
