持续负压引流与橡皮片加压包扎在腮腺手术中的对比观察

摘　　要：目的:通过持续负压引流与橡皮片引流绷带十字加压包扎法在腮腺手术中的应用,观察持续负压引流术是否优于橡皮片引流绷带十字加压包扎法。方法:51例腮腺手术患者随机分成持续负压引流组(A组)26例,橡皮片引流绷带十字加压包扎组(B组)25例,通过临床观察主客观评价标准进行对比研究。结果:A组均较B组具有自觉疼痛轻、痛苦小、进食影响小、并发症少、住院时间短等优点(P<0.01)。结论:腮腺手术中持续负压引流术优于传统的橡皮片引流绷带十字加压包扎法。Objective：To observe the advantages and disadvantages of continuous negative pressure drainage and compacted rubber cross drainage in parotid gland surgery. Methods： Fifty-one patients with parotid gland were randomly divided into two groups： continuous negative pressure drainage group（ group A ,26 eases） and compacted rubber cross drainage group（ group B ,25 cases ）. The subjective comments of the patients and the clinic effects were taken into comparative analyses. Results： Group A had the advantages of slighter pain,less interference with food intake, less complication and shorter hospital stay as compared with group B （P 〈 0. 01 ）. Condusions：Negative pressure drainage is superior to traditional rubber cross drainage in parotid gland surgery.
