摘　　要：采用系统动力学的理论和建模方法,将现实生活中的图书业供应链的关键部分进行模拟。首先,阐述了图书供应链建模的目的及方法;其次,在对图书供应链工作流程分析的基础上,对订货、销售和退货间关系进行控制,建立图书供应链模型;最后,通过对模型参数的数据输入对模型的合理性进行了测试。The paper applies the theory and modeling methodology of system dynamics to the simulation of the key parts of book supply chains in practice. Firstly it expounds on the objective and methods of book supply chain modeling; secondly, on the ground of process analysis of the book supply chain operation, it regulates the relationship between orderings, sales and returns to construct the model; finally it tests the practicality of the model after assigning numerical values to the model parameters.
