摘　　要：首先介绍了汽车零部件物流的现状,然后分别分析了在该领域使用传统成本控制方法的弊端和使用全面成本管理方法的优势所在,最后将该方法实际应用于零部件物流,并具体阐述了在应用过程中,各个物流环节如何实现自身的成本控制。The paper firstly introduces the status quo of automobile spare parts logistics, then analyzes the disadvantages of the traditional cost control method and the advantages of overall cost management when applied in this field and finally studies the practical application of overall cost management in the spare parts logistics, elaborating on the specifics of each logistics link to realize cost control.
