摘　　要：研制了一种锡焊软件系统.通过分析判断Protel PCB版图文件的文件格式,提出了PCB版焊接的4个重要参数,并且编制了一套用于自动焊接机器人的软件系统,可以完整地实现锡焊机器人的全部功能.最后,通过对单片机最小系统的焊接实验证明了此方法的可行性.This paper developed a new software system of solder. By analyzing the Protel PCB layout file format ,the author proposes four important parameters for PCB soldering and prepared a soft- ware system for automatic soldering robot. The software system can fully realize the functionality of soldering robot. At last, the author show that such method is feasible through the experiments on smallest of the MCS - 51 system.
