摘　　要：本文从手机通信的快速发展及其服务功能特点分析手机图书馆发展的可行性,介绍我国手机图书馆发展的现状及短信息服务的状况,并从手机阅读、3G网络和智能手机三个方面分析展望了3G时代手机图书馆功能的进化。This paper makes a concrete analysis of the feasibility of the development of mobile phone library according to the rapid development and the function characteristics of mobile communications service,then introduces the present situation of mobile phone library development and short message service. Finally,this paper prospects the evolution of the mobile phone library in 3G era from the analysis of three respects：mobile reading ,3G network and smart phones.
