摘 要:结合广州南沙泰山石化淤泥软基处理工程实践,通过软土微结构试验、室内土工试验和原位测试(静载荷试验、动力触探试验、十字板剪切试验),从宏观与微观两个层次分析了静动力排水固结处理前后软土的微观结构和物理力学性质的变化,总结了软黏土静动力排水固结法的加固机理和加固效果.研究表明本工程所采用的"动静结合,先轻后重、逐级加能、少击多遍"施工工艺,辅以填土预压和塑料板排水,地基承载力明显提高,土体的各种物理力学性质大大改善,该方法在淤泥软基处理工程中可推广应用.With regard to the case of silt ground disposal project of Guangzhou Nansha Taishan petrifaction storage area,based on microstructure tests, laboratory soil test and the in-situ tests including the load experiment, the dynamic penetration test and vane shear test, the micro-structural effect and mechanical properties of SDDCM' s treatment of saturated soft clay are investigated "from macro and micro levels. As a result, the evolution mechanism of the construction process is revealed, and the reinforcement effect is evaluated. The research results reveal that with the new construction technology of "static-dynamic combing, the tamping is light first and then becomes weightier and weightier with energy gradually added, fewer times and more cycles" with pre-compression by soil load and reticulation drain, the improvement effects of SDDCM on the large area of deep and thick silt foundation are remarkable, physical-mechanical properties are improved obviously, and physical-mechanical properties are better than expected. SDDCM has extensive prospects for engineering applications.
