发展我国居家养老物业服务的策略探析

摘　　要：居家养老关系社会稳定,我国政府对居家养老越来越重视,结合专业公司提供居家养老服务是近年发展的新形势。本文通过认识居家养老,对居家养老物业服务进行探析,指出目前存在的问题,借鉴国外相关经验,力图提出几点解决对策,并认为物业管理集成商是解决居家养老问题的可行模式之一。In recent years, Old-age home relates to social stability, as our Government＇s increasing emphasis on Old-age home, professional services companies makes the new situation. In this paper, through the analysis of Old-age home and Old-age home property services, authors want to point out the existing problems, refer to abroad experience, and attempt to put forward some countermeasures, and think that the property management integrators will be the one of the viable models for solving the Old-age home problems.
