摘　　要：目的:建立一种准确、简便测定黄芪甲苷含量的分析方法。方法:色谱柱为NucleosilC18柱(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相为乙腈-水=1∶2;流速为0.8ml/min;检测波长为205nm;速度为0.4mm/min。灵敏度为0.1AUFS,测定了黄芪甲苷的含量.平均回收率为96.73%,RSD为2.14%。结果:样品浓度在0.01～0.2mg\ml之间与峰面积成良好的线性关系。结论:本方法的重复性好、精密度高、稳定性强。Objective： Establish a determination simple and accurate method of the contents of Astragaloside. Method： The chromatographic column is Nucleosil the C18 column （4.6mm×250mm,5μm）; The mobile phase its methyl cyanide - water =1：2; The speed of flow is 0.8ml/min; The detective wavelength its at 205 nm; The speed is 0.4mm/min. The sensitivity is 0.1 AUFS, has determined the Astragaloside contents. The average returns is 96.73%, RSD is 2.14%. Result： the sample density in 0.01-0.2mg/ml has the good linear relationship with the peak area. Conclusion： This method＇s duplication is good, simple, rapid and accurate.
