摘  要:目的探讨通过动脉介入方式向猪的胰腺注射Fe3O4磁流体的可行性。方法采用seldinger法,经股动脉将SP管插到脾动脉,向胰腺供血动脉注射浓度为100mg/ml的Fe3O4磁流体1ml。磁流体注射6天后处死实验动物,取其胰腺及其他内脏器官,行组织切片HE染色。结果通过动脉介入的方式成功向胰腺内注射磁流体,经病理检查显示磁流体分布于注射部位胰腺内,其他脏器未见明显的磁流体分布。结论通过动脉介入方式向胰腺内注射磁流体是可行的,并没有引起胰腺组织的明显损伤。Objective To discuss the feasibility of injecting Fe3O4 magnetic fluid into the pancreas of porcine which used in hyperthermia following transcatheter arterial intervention. Methods The spleen artery was reached with a SP catheter via a femoral route by seldinger technique ,then inject lml of Fe3O4 magnetic fluid ( 100 mg/ml) to pancreas from artery 6 days after the injection of magnetic fluid, animals were sacrificed, pancreas and other organs were taken and fixed in 10% formaldehyde, embedded in paraffin,cut into thin sections and stained by hematoxylin-eosin( H&E staining). Results Magnetic fluid was successfully injected into the pancreas by transcatheter arterial intervention. Histological examination shows that magnetic fluid distributed equably in the pancreas. There was no magnetic fluid distribution in other organs. Conclusion It is feasible to inject magnetic fluid into pancreas following transcatheter arterial intervention, and there is no obvious scathe in pancreas tissue.
