摘  要:目的探讨抑癌基因P33ING1在膀胱移行细胞癌中的表达及其与p53蛋白表达的相关性。方法采用免疫组化S-P法,检测83例膀胱移行细胞癌及11例正常膀胱黏膜组织中P33ING1、p53的表达。结果83例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中P33ING1蛋白阳性表达率为59.03%,而正常膀胱黏膜组织中P33ING1蛋白阳性表达率为90.90%。P33ING1蛋白表达与膀胱移行细胞癌的WHO肿瘤分级相关。根据Spearman相关分析表明P33ING1蛋白表达与p53蛋白表达呈正相关关系(P<0.05)。结论P33ING1基因可能在膀胱移行细胞癌的发生、发展过程中起重要作用,P33ING1与p53基因具有协同作用,同时检测p53和P33ING1表达水平,对膀胱癌的诊断、治疗和预后判断可能具有积极意义。Objective To investigate the expression of tumor suppressor gene p33ING1 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma(BTCC) and its relationship with p53 protein expression. Methods The expression of P33ING1 and p53 was detected byimmunohistochemical SP method in the tissues from 83 cases with BTCC and 11 normal bladder mucosa tissues. Results The expression of P33ING1 protein in the BTCC and normal bladder mucosa tissues was 59.03% and 90.90% , respectively. P33ING1 protein expression was related to the WHO tumor grade in bladder transitional cell carcinoma. P33ING1 protein and p53 protein expression was positively correlated by Spearman correlation analysis ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion P33INGI gene may be involved in the oneogenesis and development of bladder transitional cell carcinoma. The combined detection of P33ING1 and p53 might be helpful in the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of patients with bladder cancer.
