摘  要:目的探讨多药耐药相关蛋白基因(MRP1)、肺耐药蛋白(LRP)基因和增值细胞抗原Ki-67在肺癌中的表达及相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学方法,检测110例肺癌组织和22例其他恶性肿瘤(食管癌、胃癌、膀胱癌等)组织中LRP、MRP1及Ki-67的表达情况,并以其中的23例癌旁组织作比较。结果非小细胞肺癌(NSCLC)中MRP1、LRP表达水平显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05),小细胞肺癌(SCLC)与癌旁组织无显著性差异(P>0.05)。其他恶性肿瘤组织中其表达水平显著高于癌旁组织(P<0.05)。Ki-67在各种肿瘤组织中均呈阳性表达,与LRP、MRP1表达无相关性。结论NSCLC存在广泛的原发性多药耐药现象,耐药基因LRP、MRP1参与了肺癌多药耐药的形成,LRP的表达率最高,可作为一项独立的预警指标,耐药与肿瘤细胞增殖无明显相关性。Objective To study co - relationally on the expression of muhidrug resistance - associated protein ( MRP1 ) genes,lung resistance protein (LRP)genes and proliferating cell antigen Ki -67 in malignant tumor tissues. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the expression levels of MRPl , LRP and Ki - 67 proteins in 110 samples of lung cancer tissues and 22 samples of other malignant tumor tissues ( esophageal carcinoma, stomach cancer, bladder cancer, et al ) and these expression levels were compared to those of 23 samples of paratumor tissues from the tumor listed above. Results The expression levels of LRP and MRP1 in NSCLC tissues were found remarkably higher than those of paratumor tissues ( P 〈 0.05 ). The expression levels of SCLC tissues showed no significant difference from those of paratumor tissues (P 〉 0.05), while the expression lev- els of other miligant tumor tissues were significantly higher than those of paratumor tissues (P 〈 0.05). Positive expression was detected in Ki - 67 proteins from all of lung cancer and other miligant tumor, and it showed no correlation with that of LRP and MRP1 proteins. Conculusion Multi -drug resistance (MDR) was commonly expressed in NSCLC tissues;MRP1 and LRP are two related proteins involving in MDR. LRP has the highest expression level and may serve as an indicator of the lung caner. The expression levels of LRP and MRP1 protein have no correlation with tumor cell proliferation.
