摘  要:水产品因其营养丰富、味道鲜美,已经成为普通人家的餐桌美食。我国是水产品消费大国,水产品人均消费量持续多年不断增加,在许多沿海城市水产品人均消费量已经超过了世界平均水平,但是近年来存在的许多因素阻碍着我国水产品消费持续走高。通过对这些阻碍因素的分析,提出了一些政策建议,希望对加快我国水产品消费、提高我国水产品产业的发展有所帮助。Aquatic products of rich nutrients and delicious taste has become common food for the people. China is a big country in view of fish consumption and in many of our coastal cities the per capita consumption of aquatic products has exceeded the average of the world and per capita consumption of aquatic products continued to increase for years. But in recent years there are many factors that hinder our country's aquatic product consumption continued to rise, Through analysis to these obstacles and policy recommendations we hope to further accelerate China' s aquatic product consumption and improve China' s aquatic products industries.
