摘　　要：采用文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法,对广西体育专业大学生就业压力情况进行调查。结果显示:多数被调查大学生存在就业压力;就业压力具有性别、城乡及年龄差异;就业制度改革是形成就业压力的首要原因。建议:学校提供就业指导服务,帮助学生制订个性化生涯规划;强化学生综合素质培养,提高其竞争意识和竞争能力。Using methods of literature review and questionnaire, the research investigated the employment pressure against sports major students in Guangxi province. The findings reveal that the majority of investigated students suffer from employment pressure, the degree of pressure varies across gender, region and age and the reform in employment system is the primary cause of the pressure. It suggests that universities provide more employment guidance, help students make individualized career planning, strengthen the cultivation of students＇ overall quality and promote their competitive awareness and abilities.
