血清凝集肿瘤细胞活性检测对恶性肿瘤诊断的意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨人血清凝集肿瘤细胞活性检测在恶性肿瘤临床诊断及预后的意义.方法:采用体外细胞凝集实验,通过半定量计算肿瘤细胞凝集率测定血清的活性.结果:正常人、良性肿瘤患者及恶性实体瘤患者的血清均不同程度地诱导高转移潜能人鼻咽癌细胞(CNE-2L2)凝集,凝集率分别为28.2±8.3%、33.7±9.1%和68.3±10.8%.血清凝集肿瘤细胞活性检测在恶性肿瘤诊断上的阳性率为94.2%,特异性为93.7%,准确性为94.0%.结论:研究结果提示人血清凝集肿瘤细胞活性可能是一潜在的广谱恶性肿瘤标志,在恶性肿瘤的临床诊断、病情控制及预后上具有重要应用价值和广阔的应前前景.The study was to evaluate tumor cell agglutinating activity assay o human sera in diagnosis and prognosis of malignant tumor. Methods: Human sera's tumor cell agglutinating activity was assayed by semi-quantification of the aggregation of human na-sopharyngeal carcinoma cell(CNE-2L2) with high metastastic potential induced by human sera in vitro. Results:CNE-2L2 cell aggregation was induced and enhanced by the scra of normal persons, benign and malignant tumor patients, and the cell aggregation percentage was 28.2±8.3%,33.7±9.1% and 68.31±10.8%, respectively. The diagnostic sensivity of malignant tumor was 94.2%, the specificty was 93.7%, and the accuracy was 94.0% .Conclusions: The results suggests that tumor cell agglutinating activity of human sera may be a potential marker of malignat tumor and a valuable index in diagnosis and prognosis of malignant tumor.
