β—七叶皂甙钠与复方甘油注射液治疗脑出血的临床对照研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨β-七叶皂甙钠（Soliumβ-Aescinate）与复方甘油注射液（ZnjectioGlyceriniComposita）治疗脑出血的疗效，比较两药的优缺点。方法：随机分成两组各30例，进行临床对照分析。结果：两药治疗脑出血疗效无显著差异（P＞0．05）。结论：两种药物治疗脑出血疗效相同，但β-七叶皂甙纳静点时间短、对血管刺激小，无血尿发生，优于复方甘油注射液。OBJECTIVE:to enquire into the curative effect of sodium 5-aescinate and injectio glyc erini composita in treatment of cerebral haemorrhage,and to compare the advantage and disadvan tage of each other' METHODS: to make clinical comparative analysis of two randomly sampled groups with 30 cases RESULTS: there is no significant difference for the effect of the two medicines in treatment of cerebral haemorrhage (P>0. 05)CONCLUSION: the curative effect of the two medicines on cerebral haemorrhage is same,but the sodium 3-aescinate takes advantages over injectio glycerini composita for its short time of intravenous drip,less irritation of blood ves sel,being without haemauria etc.
