脑脊液玻片离心法对脑白诊断价值的研究

摘　　要：目的：探讨脑脊液玻片离心法对脑白的诊断价值。方法：对脑白脑脊液标本62份，分别做脑脊液玻片离心法和常规计数法．进行细胞学分析。结果：62价标本检查，脑脊液玻片离心法阳性60份，阳性率97％，常规计数法阳性2份，阳性率3％。P＜0．01。结论：脑脊液玻片离心法优于常规计数法，它简便、易行、快速、准确。OBJECT1VE: To study the diagnosis value of meninges leukemia by cerebrospinal glass slide centrifugation. METHODS:Conduct cytology analysis for 62 meninges leukemid cere brospinal specimen using cerebraspinal glass slide centrifugation and routine counting method respectively, RESULT:check 62 specimen. there are 60 positive specimen for cerebrospinal glass slide centrifugation. positive rate is 97%;there are 2 positive specimen for routine counting method,pos itive rate is 3%. P<0. 01. CONCLUSION:cerebrospinal glass slide centrifugation is better than the routine counting method,it is simple and easy to do,quick and accurate. It is deserved to be clinic application and dissemination
