淋巴管内皮透明质酸受体-1在乳腺癌中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的探讨淋巴管内皮透明质酸受体-1(LYVE-1)在乳腺癌组织中的表达及临床意义。方法采用免疫组化方法对70例乳腺癌组织和20例乳腺纤维腺瘤组织中的LYVE-1表达进行检测,计算淋巴管密度(LVD),分析LYVE-1的表达水平与乳腺癌淋巴结转移及其他病理参数[年龄、肿瘤大小、病理分期、雌激素受体(ER)、孕激素受体(PR)及C-erbB2]间的关系。结果LYVE-1所标记的乳腺癌组织中LVD明显高于乳腺纤维腺瘤组织(9.35±3.371.31±1.02,﹤0.01),有淋巴结转移的乳腺癌组织LVD明显高于无淋巴结转移者(﹤0.01)。乳腺癌患者不同年龄、肿瘤大小、ER、PR及C-erbB2 LVD比较差异无统计学意义(﹥0.05),但不同病理分期患者LVD比较差异有统计学意义(﹤0.01)。结论LYVE-1的表达与乳腺癌的淋巴道转移有关,LVD可作为乳腺癌淋巴道转移的生物学指标,对乳腺癌临床预后的评估有一定的指导意义。Objective To investigate the expression of lymphatic vessel endothelial hyaluronic acid receptor-1 （LYVE-1） and its clinical significance in breast cancer. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of LYVE- 1 in 70 cases of breast cancer tissues and 20 cases of breast fibroadenoma tissues, and the lymphatic vessel density（LVD） was counted, and then the relationship between the expression of LYVE- 1 and lymph node metastasis and other clinicopathological parameters were analysed, such as age, tumor size, pathological stage, estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor and c-erbB2. Results LVD marked by LYVE-1 of breast cancer tis sues significantly higher than that of breast fibroadenoma tissues（9.35±3.37 vs 1.31±1.02,P 〈 0.01）. In breast cancer, the lymphatic vessel density in the sample with lymphatic metastasis was statistically different from in the sample without lymphatic metastasis（P 〈 0.01）. There was no correlation between the expression of LYVE-1 and age, tumor size, estrogen receptor, progesterone receptor and c-erbB2（P 〉 0.05）, but there was significant correlation with pathological stage （P 〈 0.01）. Conclusions The expression of LYVE-1 is significantly correlated with breast cancer lymphatic metastasis. LVD may serve as a biologic marker for lymphatic metastasis in breast cancer, and play a role in the clinical evaluation of prognosis.
