摘　　要：索绪尔在语言理论的研究中一度使用了意义的概念,而后又使用价值的概念取代了意义的概念,并且从意义的角度考察了价值的概念,致使我们在研究索绪尔语言价值理论时,面临着解读语言意义的含义,以及意义与价值关系的问题。这个问题的解决将有助于我们把普通语言学的价值理论的研究推向深入。Saussure adopted the concept of value to replace the coneept of sens in linguistic the oretical research,and explored the coneept of value from the perspective of sense.Therefore,the interpretation of language＇s sense and the relationship between sense and value is necessary,which will be beneficial to the deep research on value theory in general linguistics.
