摘 要:目的:观察实验性硬脑膜神经炎的微血管内皮和基底膜的阴离子场变化,探讨周期性头痛的发病机理。方法:利用P物质诱发大鼠硬脑膜神经炎动物模型,以阳离子胶体金(CCG)做探针标记硬脑膜微血管内皮细胞和基底膜的阴离子场,在电子显微镜下定量观察金颗粒密度。结果:硬脑膜微血管内皮细胞和基底膜均可见CCG标记颗粒,注射P物质后10min、20min时标记数量分别低于和高于对照组,但差异无显著性(P>005)。结论:硬脑膜微血管内皮腔面和基底膜上均存在阴离子场,在P物质诱导的实验硬脑膜神经炎发病过程中,阴离子场未见显著改变,推测阴离子场可能不是影响硬脑膜血管通透性的重要因素。Objective:To observe the changes of the anionic sites of vascular endothelial cells and the basement membranes during the pathogenic processing of dural neurogenic inflammation, and to study the pathogensis of periodic headache Methods:Get rat dural neurogenic inflammation model follwing intravenous injecton with P Substance (SP)and labell the anionic sites on the dural vascular endothelial cells and the basement membranes with cationi colloidal gold ( CCG) as probe Then do the marking density counting with the electron microscope Results:CCG labelling particles could be seen on the both dural vascular endothelial cells and the basement membranes, but it showed no significant difference among SP injection 10 minutes group,20 minutes group and the control group Conclusion: With the help of CCG marking technique,we proved the existence of the anionic sites of the dural vascular endothelial cells and the basememt membranes,but it seemed that it did not change much during the pathogenic procession of the SP induced dural neurogenic inflammation, which indicated that the anionic sites was not important factor of the vascular permeability in dural neurogenic infalmmation
