摘 要:就业培训是酒店管理专业教育的重要组成部分,是学生能否顺利从学校进入酒店工作的重要环节。但高等院校酒店管理专业大学生就业的现状是:毕业时改行,进酒店工作后迅速流失,留在行业内的也跳槽频繁。其中的内因主要是观念陈旧,急功近利,对自身及酒店业认识不足,理论有余、实践不足,心态消极、心理脆弱等。而我国酒店管理专业的就业培训存在针对性不强、教学方法单一、没有建立评价体系等弊端。因此,应将拓展训练的方式融入酒店管理专业的就业培训。Employment training is an important part of hotel management, which is also a key link for the students to work in the hotels successfully. Unfortunately, the current situation of college students" employment includes the professional changes, employee turnover, frequent job-hopping and so on, which mainly result from outmoded views, seeking quick success and instant benefits, insufficient understanding, emphasizing theory and neglecting practice, negative mental attitudes and fragile psychology. At present, the disadvantages of employment training of the hotel management in China are lacking pertinence, single teaching method, lacking evaluation system and so on. Based on this, the outward bound training should be integrated into the employment training of the hotel management.
