得康口服液对小鼠艾氏腹水瘤的抑制作用

摘　　要：为了研究祖国医学治疗肿瘤的方法，根据中医理论，用１０种中药制成得康口服液，并对其抗癌作用进行研究。实验结果表明，服用得康口服液的荷艾氏腹水瘤小鼠的平均生存为（１８．１±６．１）ｄ，生命延长率为６４．５％。服药组与对照组相比，经统计学处理（Ｐ＜０．０１）。The anti-cancer function of Dekang Soup (made with 10 kinds of Chinese herbs) was studied. The result showed that the mean survival time of those with EAC treated by Dekang soup was 18 1±6 1 days, and the extension rate of survival was 64 5%. In Contrast with the normal controls, they had significant differences ( P <0 01).The result showed that Dekang soup had significant inhibiting function to EAC in mouse.
