摘　　要：本文分析了地方院校计算机专业毕业生就业困难的原因,针对此问题,提出了几点人才培养的新模式。In this paper, the reasons of computer science graduates employment difficulty in local colleges are analyzed, and the new patterns to foster computer professionals are given aiming at this problem.
