摘　　要：本文总结了成功教育的基本思想,分析高职学生的学习和教师的教学方法上存在的问题,讨论了教学中实行成功教育的必要性,并对教学实践和改革中如何实施成功教育进行了探索和思考。The basic idea of success education is described in this paper. After analyzing the problems about students＇ study and teaching methods in higher vocational colleges, the necessity of implementing success education is discussed. Furthermore, the paper explores how to carry out the success education in teaching reform and teaching practice in higher vocational colleges.
