摘  要:首先利用LS-DYNA程序对一圆钢管混凝土构件落锤冲击试验进行数值模拟;然后对1根两端固支的钢管混凝土构件在侧向冲击作用下的动力响应进行分析,模拟过程中混凝土采用能较好模拟复杂试验结果的CONCRETE_DAMAGE_REL3模型,钢管采用随动硬化模型,同时通过共用节点方法模拟钢管和混凝土之间的相互作用,通过面面接触方式模拟冲击体与构件之间的接触作用;最后对两端固支的钢管混凝土构件在不同条件下的动力响应进行比较和分析,得到了冲击体动能、冲量对构件变形、支座和跨中内力的影响。结果表明:试验结果与数值模拟结果符合较好,采用该数值模拟方法可以很好地模拟圆钢管混凝土构件在侧向冲击荷载作用下的动力响应。Firstly, the numerical simulation of a circular concrete-filled steel tube specimen under drop impact was carried out by using LS-DYNA program. Then, the dynamic response of a fixedend concrete-filled steel tube specimen under lateral impact was analyzed. In the analysis, the material model, CONCRETE_ DAMAGE_ REL3, which could give a robust description of complex concrete laboratory response, was chosen to make concrete model. Steel was simulated by kinematical hardening model and the influence of strain rate was also taken into account for both concrete and steel. Common node was taken to simulate the interaction of the outer steel tube with the core concrete and the surface to surface contact model was used to model the contact function between impact body and the specimen. Finally, the dynamic response of a fixed-end concrete-filled steel tube specimen was compared and analyzed under different conditions. The influence of the impulse and kinetic energy of the impact body on the deformation of the specimen, the internal forces of the end cross section, the mid-span cross section of the specimen were obtained. The results show that the test results agree well with the numerical simulation results, and the simulation method used in the paper can simulate the dynamic response of a circular concrete-filled steel tube specimen under lateral impact load function.
